Wellness is a daily focus in my life and I really practice what I preach. Getting and staying in shape is challenging and I want to share the knowledge I've gained through my own wellness journey. I currently run Wellness and Engagement initiatives for my department at Humana. I have a B.S. in Communications and I am a retired college athlete. I truly believe once you have a healthy Body, mind and diet nothing can stop you!
